1. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR

  1. Install the blower resister with the 2 screws.

  1. Connect the connector.



2. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL

  1. Engage the 2 claws and 4 clips.

  1. Install the lower instrument panel with the 3 <F> bolts and <E> screw.



3. INSTALL ROOM TEMPERATURE SENSOR (COOLER THERMISTOR)

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Engage the 2 claws and install the room temperature sensor.



4. INSTALL NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Engage the 3 claws and install the air duct.

  1. Install the clip.

  1. Connect the connector.

    HINT:
    If the vehicle is equipped with stop and start system, connect the connector.



5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH NO. 1 PANEL

  1. Engage the 9 clips and install the instrument cluster finish No. 1 panel.



6. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Engage the 6 clips.

  1. Install the upper instrument panel with the <F> bolt.



7. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIR BAG ASSEMBLY

  1. Engage the 2 guides and install the knee airbag assembly.

  1. Install the 3 bolts.

    Torque:
    10 N*m{ 102 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }



8. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  1. Engage the 4 claws and 2 clips.

  1. Remove the protective tape.

  1. Install the lower No. 2 instrument panel with the <C> bolt.



9. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  1. Engage the 3 claws and connect the hood lock control lever.

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Engage the 2 claws and connect the DLC3 connector.

  1. Engage the 2 claws and 7 clips.

  1. Install the lower No. 1 instrument panel finish panel with the 2 <C> bolts.



10. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH

  1. Engage the guide and 2 claws and install the cowl side trim board.



11. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side.



12. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH


13. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH


14. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  1. Engage the 9 claws and install the front door scuff plate.



15. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side.



16. INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Connect the all connectors.

  1. Engage the 2 claws and connect the air mix damper control cable.

  1. Engage the 2 claws and connect the No. 2 heater control cable.

  1. Engage the 8 clips and install the lower center instrument cluster finish panel.



17. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE BOX COVER

  1. Engage the 2 claws and 4 clips and install the front console box cover.



18. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

  1. Engage the 2 front clips.

  1. Rotate the 2 rear clips in the direction indicated by the arrows to engage them and install the console box assembly RR.



19. INSTALL CONSOLE UPPER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for CVT)

  1. Engage the 8 claws and install the console upper panel.



20. INSTALL CONSOLE UPPER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

  1. Install the shifting hole cover onto the shift lever.

  1. Engage the 8 claws and install the console upper panel.



21. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for CVT)

  1. Install the shift lever knob onto the shift lever.



22. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

  1. Turn the shift lever knob clockwise and install the shift lever knob onto the shift lever.



23. INSTALL CENTER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

  1. Connect the all connectors.

  1. Engage the 6 clips.

  1. Install the center No. 1 instrument cluster finish panel with the 2 bolts.



24. INSTALL CENTER LOWER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

  1. Connect the all connectors.

  1. Engage the 2 claws and connect the air inlet damper control cable.

  1. Engage the 4 clips and install the center lower instrument cluster finish panel.



25. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque:
5.4 N*m{ 55 kgf*cm , 48 in.*lbf }



26. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
